The Volktek Woodpecker 8015 Series is a lite-managed 8-port 10/100/1000 RJ45 downlink with 2-port FX/GbE multi-rate SFP uplink industrial-grade switch designed for real-time monitoring and communication between controllers and devices in automation settings. The switch is used with industrial devices like PLCs, HMIs, and legacy devices and offers auto-negotiation on all its ports and Modbus TCP to aggregate devices easily in industrial ethernet applications.

Users can use the Wizard to simplify the installation process to 3 steps and 3 minutes. This switch is built with industrial-grade components, enclosed in a metal case with high thermal conductivity to protect the device from tools and hazards. Designed to withstand vibration, shock, free fall, and temperatures ranging from -40 to 75°C to suit harsh industrial environments.
