AITC (ADVANTEC INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY) Group was established in 2014 with over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing memories and related products. AITC products include memory modules, solid-state drives, and computer peripherals that have passed many international quality certifications: CE, FCC, ROHS, BSMI, KCC, VCCI, and have been sold in more than 50 countries and regions around the world.

AITC KE680 is a M.2 PCIe Gen4x4 NVMe2.0 SSD that supports HMB Technology that allows the device to use some of the DRAM on PC systems. It offers up to 220% faster write speed and 220% read speed compared to SSD PCIe Gen3. The KE680 is available in capacities ranging from 512 GB to 1Tb or 2TB and is available in M.2 2280 form factor.

With a high-performance main control chip and stable 3D TLC NAND flash, the KE680 enjoys not only enhanced performance, but also improved durability and stability. With over 1.5 million hours MTBF, the KE680 is compatible with both PC and PS5.
