TADA Debuts the Taiwan Automotive Tech Pavilion in CES 2025

CASE (Connected, Autonomous/ Automated), Shared, and Electric) trend which was announced by Toyota has changed the direction of many segments in the automotive and mobility industries. The Taiwan Advanced Automotive Technology Development Association (TADA) stated that major automakers have leveraged the trend and regardless if they focus primarily on ICE (internal combustion engine) vehicles or EVs (electric vehicles), automotive intelligence has become the focus of new cars. At the same time, automotive electronic solutions will also have an even more important role in the industries.

According to a report by SEMI, the global automotive electronics market is expected to reach USD 400 billion by 2028 with a CAGR of 8%. A Yole Group report also shows that the value of semiconductors in every new vehicle will grow from USD 540 in 2022 to USD 912 in 2028 with a double-digit CAGR with the demand for advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) growing the fastest.

CES 2025 Taiwan Automotive Technology Pavilion Debuts in the Main Showground to Create a One-Stop Procurement Service for Smart Cars and Automotive Electronics Solutions

Whether through supplying OEM and ODM parts or by manufacturing automotive electronics to customers around the world, Taiwan’s has a significant stake in the automotive industry. With Taiwan’s advantages in the semiconductor and ICT industries, many companies have achieved international competitiveness through their years of providing domestic and international OEM services.

To help Taiwanese companies enter the global automotive market, TADA has organized the first Taiwan Automotive Technology Pavilion in CES 2025. The pavilion will be located in LVCC, South Hall 3, Upper Level Booth No.41008 to showcase innovations in Smart Cockpit, EV Chargers, Telematics, Auto IC, Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Motor Control Unit (MCU), Battery Management System (BMS), smart vehicle identity authentication, and vertical field autonomous driving solutions. The pavilion will also hold onsite events including product launches and business matching to create a one-stop smart vehicle and EV solution procurement services.

The Taiwan Automotive Technology Pavilion will be joined by a total of 19 automotive electronics-related companies ranging from large technology companies, SMEs, and startups; including: AUO, Millilab, Chimei Motor Electronics, Taiwan Mini Optics & Electronics, EverFocus Electronic, Ubestream, eTreego, Fast SiC Semiconductor, Jmem Technology, ELAN, Kneron, Carota, Ennostar, Sentec Green Technology, Taiwan Carbon Materials, Viettron Technology, HCMF Group, Lydsec Digital Technology, and Turing Drive. The exhibitors will showcase their innovations in smart cockpit solutions, under-display camera integration, mmWave radar, automotive AI camera systems for ADAS applications, mini LED back light unit, ADAS solutions for commercial vehicles, smart vehicle AI voice solutions, smart EV charging solutions, automotive silicon carbide (SiC) based semiconductor chips, PQC solutions, UN R46 & R151 certified automotive AI imaging systems, multifunctional commercial vehicle ADAS system with built-in AI acceleration chip, global automotive OTA ecosystem, automotive optoelectronics solutions, powertrain systems, advanced thermal & battery solutions, automotive electromechanical systems, multi-factor authentication technology, vertical smart driving solutions, and more.

"Taiwan Advanced Automotive Technology Development Association" (TADA) was started in 2021 by Dr. Frank Huang, President of Powerchip Group. The association invited 30 ICT companies including Powerchip, AUO, Pegatron, AMPA, TCA etc. to join as the inaugural members.
